3.1    To agree and sign the minutes of the meeting on 21st July

4.1    To discuss policing matters with Rory Draper, Community Beat Manager

5      UPDATE ON ACTIONS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS

5.1    To note progress on actions from previous meetings (For information only)

6      MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION

6.1    To review progress and further actions, if any, for

                   i.        Traffic calming project

                 ii.        Electricity poles

                iii.        Flooding & blocked drains

                iv.        Medbourne Lane road signs

                  v.        Postal collection plates

                vi.        New bench seat at the top of The Street

6.2    To consider the communication activities

6.3    To consider the parking issues and information gathered from the walk around the village

6.4    To discuss the permissive path through the coomb

6.5    To consider what to do with the trough outside the bungalows

6.6    To consider the actions required to obtain Quality Parish Council status

 

SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Parish Council. It should be noted that no decisions can be made during this session.

7      PLANNING

7.1    To consider the Parish Council's response to any planning application

8      FINANCE

8.1    To review the monthly Account summary

8.2    To consider the quote for installing the bench seat

8.3    To consider the quotes for a website sign

-   Reimbursement of £21.42 for plants for the Jubilee Gardens 

-   Invoice 2150, Stratton St Margaret Parish Council dog waste collection service £6.98
